A certified personal fitness trainer based in Calgary Alberta with 17 years of experience.

I specialize in perimenopausal and postmenopausal fitness, designing personalized programs that support women through this transformative phase of life. Like many women, I once felt disconnected from my body, uncertain about the changes I was experiencing, and often felt unsupported.
