Training policies - To ensure consistency, fairness, and the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place.
Session Packages & Payments - All training packages are purchased in advance and are non-refundable. This allows me to dedicate time, planning, and programming specifically to you and your progress.
Private 1:1 Sessions Cancellation Policy - Life happens, I completely understand. If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Session cancelled with proper notice can be rescheduled within your package timeframe. If something unexpected comes up, communication is always appreciated. I will always do my best to work with you where possible.
Semi-private Training (2 Participants) - Semi-private sessions are designed for two committed participants training together. Both clients must be enrolled for the session to run at the semi-private rate. If one participant cancels, the session still runs, the other client trains, and there are no price changes. Pricing is based on the program commitment, not attendance.
Small Group Training (3 to 4 Participants) - Group training runs as a structured program with a set schedule. Spots are reserved in advance, and no refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions. If you cannot attend a session, it is considered forfeited. Sessions do not roll over or transfer outside the scheduled program. This ensures fairness to all participants and maintains the integrity of the group experience.
General Commitment - Results come from consistency - These policies are in place to support your progress, create structure, and ensure that every client receives the time, attention, and experience they deserve.
