- The Movement Analysis Session - This session enables me to assess your movement patterns, mobility, and goals, allowing me to design a training program tailored specifically to you.
- The Starter Session - This 60-minute introductory session is the perfect first step for women who want to experience my approach before committing to a full package
Private 1:1 Training
- Ideal for the woman who wants complete customization, full attention, and accountability
- Personalized strength training plan (perimenopause/postmenopause aware)
- Bi-weekly 1-hour sessions, detailed progress tracking
- Technique coaching, injury modifications, hormone-health focused
- Investment: $125 per session or a package of 12 sessions for $1500, 8 sessions for $1000
Small Group Training (2-4 women)
- You enjoy the energy of a small group with personalized modifications
- Small group setting of like-minded women 40+
- Strength workouts designed for your stage of life
- Supportive community + shared accountability
- Investment: $80 per session or a package of 12 sessions for $960 (per person), 8 sessions for $640 (per person)
