A Movement Analysis Session - This one-hour session allows me to assess your movement patterns, mobility, and goals so I can design a training program that's truly tailored to you. It's included at no cost with the purchase of any training package.

The Importance of a Customized Workout Plan - Every woman's body moves differently, especially during midlife, when hormonal shifts, past injuries, and changes in energy or mobility become more pronounced. A one-size-fits-all workout doesn't account for your unique needs, goals, and limitations.

A customized plan ensures:

I design each plan based on how you move, how you feel, and what you want, so that your strength journey is sustainable, effective, and fully your own.

Ongoing Encouragement and Support - Your journey doesn't end when the session does. I offer ongoing encouragement and support between sessions because real transformation happens in the in-between moments, when motivation dips, life gets busy, or questions arise. Whether it's through a quick check-in, a nutrition tip, or a mindset reminder, I'm here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Packages are designed to help you save while committing to your fitness goals. Group sessions offer personalized attention in a small, supportive setting. Please note that all packaged sessions are non-refundable, as this policy helps ensure clients stay motivated and committed to their health and well-being. Group sessions are based on both clients attending. If one client cancels, the session will still run as scheduled and be treated as a private session for the remaining client, private session rates will apply. To ensure fairness and consistency, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions will be billed in full. Thank you for your understanding and respecting this policy.
